Pre-ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact info@myartenina.com within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide true, complete, and relevant supporting documentation for your return request.
After 24 hours, we will no longer accept any return requests.
For items eligible for return, please include your name, order number, and recipient's phone number in the email and send the properly labeled returned item to the designated address.
Please note: Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, free of stains, damage, and odors, and must retain their original tags and complete packaging. We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer during washing/drying or while wearing the item.
