Shipping policy

Arteniña serves customers worldwide. All items are handmade, so once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping Time - In-stock items will ship within 48 hours of your order. Please note that large orders may experience shipping delays.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only. The carrier does not guarantee specific delivery times; all orders are expected to arrive within the estimated time.

We ship from our US warehouse to US customers; if our US warehouse is out of stock, we will ship from our China warehouse worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to carriers. Our warehouse is currently not open to the public, therefore we do not offer local pickup services.

Most orders will ship within one to two business days after order placement. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and major US holidays.

We do not offer expedited shipping services; please make arrangements in advance!

We are not responsible for any delayed deliveries. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact the carrier.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we assume no further responsibility. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen at the delivery point after they have been delivered to you; please ensure your package is delivered to a safe location.

Can't find your package?

This sometimes happens. First, check other delivery locations, such as the back or front door, hallway, or your neighbor's door. Carriers sometimes mark packages as "delivered" before they are actually delivered. If you received a delivery notification several days ago, please contact the carrier.
