all items displayed at the Arteniña shop are handmade. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, please refer to the return and exchange policy below.

Items purchased at a price lower than the full retail price are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted, without exception.

Items purchased for special occasions are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Items included as part of a purchase are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Pre-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact info@prettitch.com within 24 hours of receipt and provide valid, accurate, and complete proof regarding the return.

We will not accept any return requests submitted after the 24-hour window.

For items eligible for return, please include the buyer's name, order number, and recipient's phone number in your email, and send the package containing the labeled return item to the agreed-upon address.

Please note that returned items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unused, free of stains or damage, unwashed, unopened, and free of odors, with original tags and packaging intact. We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer during washing, drying, or wearing.

Please treat the return as if you were reselling the item and ensure it remains in pristine condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions.
